Let's face it, there is little in life more certain or constant than change.

Everyone experiences transitions in life. But some transitions are more difficult than others, and some transitions are unexpected. Losing a job, the death of a loved one, a new relationship, motherhood, and divorce are all major life changing experiences that can profoundly impact our ability to function.

Some life events can seem so overwhelming they shake our faith in the world around us, the way things work, how they ought to be, and our belief in our ability to cope, overcome, and create the life we want.

Many people experience stress while navigating a life transition and therapy can provide the skills and tools necessary to deal with stress effectively.
